Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Flareo account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Flareo. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.

2. Description of service

Flareo is a cloud cost intelligence platform that connects to your cloud provider accounts (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean), ingests billing data, and provides analytics, anomaly detection, budget management, and cost optimization recommendations.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@flareo.in.

You must not share login credentials between users. Each team member must have their own account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flareo for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
  • Exceed any API rate limits or automated access restrictions

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.

Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge if you have not used the service during that billing period. Contact billing@flareo.in to request a refund.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Flareo, you grant us permission to access your cloud provider billing APIs solely to provide the service.

7. Uptime and service levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Flareo API and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Uptime is measured excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

Flareo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
